Our Philosophy

Teamworks believe strongly in life-long interactive learning, and as such, each member of the team is constantly up-skilling in theory and practice of leadership development. Active use is made of the internet as a means of staying in touch with an extensive international network of likeminded individuals. Our approach to learning and development means that we are never satisfied with the status quo and are always developing and discovering new tools, models and best practice thinking in the field.
Our team meets on a regular basis to discuss new leadership practices and their relevance to our clients. This ensures an ongoing development philosophy.
Each member in the team undertakes self-development in line with their professional interests and the clients they service, but the team also embarks on joint development activities from time to time. Over the last year, Teamworks has:
- Obtained accreditation for use of MSCEIT, an internationally recognised Emotional Intelligence Testing Instrument.
- Established and maintained the network of likeminded professionals in New Zealand, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
- Maintained accreditation with TMI which covers a variety of leadership and personal assessment instruments.
- Held regular internal quality assurance meetings, where maintenaning high quality and addressing clients’ changing needs is discussed.
We are also accredited in the MBTI, DISC, Belbin and PSI 260 leadership profiles.
