Our Background
Teamworks was incorporated as a limited liability company in 1992. Operating primarily in New Zealand for the first year, it quickly expanded into an Australasian market. During the past 14 years we have worked with over 50 companies and organisations in the public and private sectors.
As Teamworks has expanded our client base we have also developed a wider range of expertise in large scale team and leadership development initiatives.
We have a philosophy of forging strong strategic partnering relationships with other professional organisations in the training and development fields as well as with our client organisations. This has led to several long term programmes that have lasted for 3-5 years. We currently have long term projects with Land Transport New Zealand, New Zealand Police and SPARC NZ, as well we have continuing relationships with the Nelson Marlborough District Health Board and the Marlborough District Council.
Within the Public Sector we have worked with Inland Revenue, Department of Conservation and the Ministry of Social Development. At local government level we have worked with the Wellington and Waitakere City Councils.
Teamworks has a strong team of people who can design, facilitate and coach within a leadership development framework. We have designed large as well as small leadership development programmes for many of the above mentioned Organisations.
