Vic is highly skilled in programme design and has been a facilitator for the past 15 years. He spent over 20 years with the New Zealand Police, mainly participating in highly specialised training at the Police College. Vic has directed change management initiatives, as well as managed learning and development functions for large private and public organisations within New Zealand.
