Stephen is passionate about strategy and organisational development. He is highly skilled in helping organisations reach their full potential. 

Stephen’s experience includes implementing organisational change within the New Zealand sport and recreation sector. His work included assessing the capability of national bodies; developing an organisational development strategic plan; leading a major organisational transition project; establishing and implementing a leadership development programme; and advising chief executives.
