Rob, as co-founder of Teamworks New Zealand, has 22 years experience in Senior Marketing and Management roles both in New Zealand and Australia. He possesses a wealth of knowledge as to what really works in organisational structures. Rob has managed and participated in many corporate teams and workgroups from a wide range of industries.  

He was a trustee and board member of the Whenua-iti Outdoor Pursuits Trust for 10 years, has extensive interests and experience in the outdoors. Rob is also an accredited Open Space facilitator.
