Craig has over 15 years experience in human resource development. He has provided leadership development, management training, change management, strategic planning, resource management, performance management, executive coaching and career development for a range of industries in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.  

Craig is passionate about helping individuals and organisations improve their results, by implementing specific strategies that promote the development of leaders and their teams.  

He is an innovative, strategic thinker who quickly identifies core problems and guides the organisation to solve them. He has a keen interest in blended learning, combining traditional experiential learning practice with electronic simulations.
