Taking 360 a Step Further: What do the Stakeholder's Think?
In conjunction with Sport and Recreation New Zealand (SPARC), Dave Burton and the Tech team in Sydney have developed a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey that SPARC have supplied to 12 sporting bodies.
The questions and format have been tailored to according to their unique needs, and have provided a great deal of useful feedback. The largest survey so far has been sent to over 1000 respondents, but the system can cope with numbers from 50 right through to 10,000.
Respondents can be grouped according to their roles, and the results can be profiled to suit the user. If you are interested in finding out more, give Dave a call on 027 579 3015.
